In association with Leoron, Dimah Capital holds professional training program

Dimah Capital has held to a number of its employees an intensive professional training program in “Certified Financial Modeling” in association with Leoron, an international entity specialized in providing professional and internationally recognized training courses. This initiative comes as an affirmation to Dimah’s care to enrich its employees with the latest updates in globally recognized financial and investment modeling.

The intensive program lasted 4 days, and covered many sub-topics and deferent applications of financial modeling, where trainees have successfully created complete and comprehensive financial models from scratch, including data analysis and reporting, in compliance with the highest professional standards. At the end of the program, the participants were awarded “certified financial modeler” certificates recognized by the International Academy of Business and Financial Management “IABFM” and the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy “NASBA”.

In a press release by the Head of Human Resources Department, Khulod Al Azar, she stated that organizing such advanced level training programs aims to develop and enhance the capabilities of the employees and engage them in the best applications and practices of the Company’s businesses, in addition to keeping up with the international professional developments, which increases their competitiveness and raises performance rates and goal achievement.

The training program was delivered by the international expert and trainer “Nicolas Bega”, who enjoys more than 15 years of experience in the financial field in various sectors, such as oil, manufacturing, retail, hotels and leisure. In his last four years, he has specialized in professional training in financial and managerial skills, such as financial accounting, valuation, financial modeling and analysis, in accordance with the highest international standards and practices.
